Imagine buying a pair of new season shoes at a department store using your Smartphone.  Or try to visualize how life would be easier if you can get rid of tickets, coupons, coins and notes from your wallet, especially during a trip.  With the advancement in mobile technology such as Near Field Communication (NFC) and 4G network development, business transactions and financial services are entering into a new era, becoming more ubiquitous, convenient, efficient and secure.

"Mobile Business Summit 2012 - Mobile Finance in the New Era" aims at discussing the trend and business opportunities of mobile finance.  It will invite stakeholders from Finance and IT sectors to share views on current and cutting edge issues that include market standards, technology updates, business opportunities and security concerns etc..  Professionals will be given an opportunity to explore emerging technologies essential for business planning and strategies.

The Summit is extended from the reputed business conference "Digital Media Marketing Conference" initiated in 2009. It is an annual signature event organized by WTIA to bridge differences in perspectives and facilitate knowledge exchange between mobile technology industry and other businesses.
